“Can I provide a product for customization?”
Absolutely! If there is anything you ever want to send in to me, I am happy to customize it for you. It is highly recommended if you are going to send in anything however that you try it on first to ensure proper fit.
“What does it cost?”
Pricing all varies depending on the item and design. For comparative prices, check out the collections available for purchase. For a quote, reach out to me! I’m happy to answer all of your questions.
“How long is my order going to take?”
Keep in mind, everything is made by me! I will provide a more accurate time frame based upon when you place your order however I usually provide a 2-3 week turn around from time of order to your front door.
“What types of designs can I get?”
The possibilities are endless! The whole idea behind creative expression is being able to create designs of your choice Send me ideas, images, and inspiration and we’ll put together something special :)
“How do I wash my clothing items?”
It is HIGHLY recommended all products are hand washed and spot treated. However, all products are prepped, coated, and heat set when applicable for a safe machine wash. When choosing this method, wash on a cold gentle cycle and air dry. All sneakers are waterproof and sealed as well.
“Can I return?”
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. It is highly recommended to try on shoes or jackets prior to ensure the correct size and fit for you. For a question on sizing, please contact me!
